Warm the dough by rolling it gently between the palms.

Roll, pinch, flatten
Practise rolling, pinching and flattening.

Make a letter
Ask children to make a letter or number using a dough rope.

Make an object
Ask them to make a familiar fruit, animal or object.

Name and describe
Invite each child to name and describe the creation.

Mix and add details
Encourage colour combinations and added details.

Pack and clean
Return dough to the container and clean the work area.
